Last term, Room 9 had a cake stall to raise enough money to adopt a koala. We have been learning about endangered animals and we learnt that the koala is now endangered in parts of Australia due to habitat loss, disease and bush fires. This term we received our adoption certificate from WWF (World Wildlife Fund) and a soft koala toy who we have named "Pretty Boy" We hope our donation can help support our beautiful koalas!
