Our Young Leaders introduced a wonderful initiative to promote kindness across the school. They created the idea called the 'Kindness Box'. The idea behind the Kindness Box is to ‘catch’ children being kind to each other and celebrate kindness amongst their peers. If a student is ‘caught’ being kind, their name will be written on a kindness coupon and placed into the Kindness Box. These coupons get drawn out of the box and students are recognised for their kindness. Each class has a Kindness Box in their classroom. Our Young Leaders have provided some wonderful feedback since the implementation in week 4:

“It’s really good and people are being more kind”
